Pleasant Valley Ranch has 360 lots and each one has a palm tree on it.

The park is complete with swimming pool and Jacuzzi, horse shoe pits, laundry, shuffle board, pool tables, shower rooms, security fence, paved streets and off-street parking.

The Rec Hall is “smoke-free.”

The development features: Cable TV, municipal water and sewer, and a 27 hole golf course. The golf course has a Pro Shop, putting green, driving range and a grill.

All the parks have paths that lead to the Pro Shop.

The days at Martin's are full of planned activities: pot-lucks, dances, square dancing, religious services, pool and shuffle board tournaments and many interesting programs.
